Under the responsibility of the store director and as an ambassador of the house, you will be in charge of welcoming, advising and retaining our customers.
Job specification :
Welcome our local and international customers while respecting the luxury standards of our house and offer a unique customer experience via an impeccable and personalized service
Present our universe and our products through a single sales ceremonial and a mizensir storytelling
Develop and master knowledge of our products (design, materials, maintenance) perfectly in order to offer them in a relevant manner and adapted to each customer
Contribute to the performance of the store by developing turnover and respecting the achievement of objectives
Enrich and optimize the customer file in order to extend the Mizensit experience beyond the shop visit
Ensure regular monitoring of merchandising
Participate in all the actions essential for the good holding of the store (Reassort, optimization of storage in the reserve, receipt of deliveries, administrative, etc.)

Your English is common and you are comfortable with international customers
